Mandatory Water Preservation Notice
Effective Immediately
Due to critically low water levels in the municipal system, the City of Point is issuing mandatory water preservation requirements for all residents and businesses. These measures are necessary to maintain system pressure, protect public safety, and ensure water availability for essential services.
Required Actions

All outdoor watering is suspended until further notice.

No filling of pools, hot tubs, or decorative fountains.

No vehicle washing at home (commercial car washes only).

All leaks must be repaired immediately.

Limit indoor water use whenever possible, including shorter showers and reduced laundry loads.

Due to a pump failure at the water plant, residents are asked to resrict water usage to absolute minimum. You may experience very low pressure or loss of water. Please boil water before using it for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or other consumption until further notice. Our crew is working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.
